WHy are school bells made up of metals?

so that they produce  the sound louder.

 

BECAUSE THEY ARE SONOROUS

 

because they are sonorus

 

Metals produced ringing sound i.e,sonorous when struck hard

 

Since metals are SONOROUS, so the school bells are made up of metals so that they produce loud sound when striked with force.

METALS HAVE A PROPERTY KNOWN AS SONOROUSITY.  THIS PROPERTY ENABLES METALS TO PRODUCE A RINGING SOUND WHEN BANGED.SO SCHOOL BELLS ARE MADE UP OF METALS.

 

so it can be heard in all classes of the school

 

because they are very sonorous and produce loud sounds when the are hit by something.

 

because metals are sonorus in nature and thus produce loud sound when hit by a hammer(armature).
