First, draw a line segment of any measure. Then make a big arc with the help of a compass, of any radius. Then, without disturbing the radius of the compass, from the intersecting point on the line , draw one more arc on the major arc. then join the first point of the line segment with the intersecting point on the arc. This will be our angle. Now make one more angle, joining two arms of both the angles. Now make one more angle and bisect it. Now again the angle will be bisected. If, we add the three angles, that are 60,60,and 15, we will get a 135 degree angle. In this way we can make a 135 degree angle with a compass and ruler

construct a perpendicular line... then bisect one of these right angles...
