— Executive summary— Business review— Project description — Development strategy— Operational plan — Organizational plan— Sales plan — Manpower plan 
12. The executive summary highlights the key provisions in the business plan in a concrete and convincing way, yet stimulates potential investors that the whole plan is worth reading.
13.  The purpose of the development schedule is to organize the job in such a way as to take every step in the right place, the right degree, the right time and in an efficient manner.
14. The soul of the business plan is the operating schedule.
15. Organizational strategy is that section of the business plan that outlines the form of ownership of the planned company.
16. A financial plan is a projection of the financial data on the potential investment commitment required for the enterprise's new venture and economic feasibility.
17. Entrepreneurs need to pay adequate and proper attention to human resource planning to build loyal, efficient and dedicated staff.
18. A marketing plan is a guideline to be followed by any company regarding marketing goals, strategies and activities.
