JEE Advanced Exam Dates

Lakhs of students appear for JEE or Joint Entrance Examination every year JEE Advanced or Joint Entrance Examination Advanced is conducted every year for students in India and overseas. JEE Advanced examination is conducted by one of the 7 Indian Institutes of Technology. 

The examination is held in two phases. These two stages are – JEE Main and JEE Advanced stage. Candidates should note that they have to appear for the JEE Main examination before appearing for the Advanced phase. The JEE Main stage acts as a qualifying exam so candidates should get minimum qualifying marks to attempt the JEE Advanced examination. 

The examination authorities have released the JEE Advanced examination date for the year 2022. The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay or IIT – Bombay will be conducting the JEE Advanced 2022. The application form will be released on 8th June and applicants can fill the form in online mode only till the 14th of June. JEE Advanced 2022 Exam Dates, Released – Check Exam Schedule 

The JEE Advanced Application Form will be released on the 8th of June 2022 on the official website. Candidates can fill out the application form in the online mode only. Additionally, students should note that the last date of JEE Advanced registration is 14th June 2022. 

Students must pay the application fee to complete the online registration process. The last date to pay for the JEE Advanced application fee is 15th June 2022. Applicants after the completion of the registration form procedure must get the admit card on the due date. The JEE Advanced admit card will be released on the official website. Students can access the admit cards from the 27th of June till the 3rd of July, 2022. The necessary information related to the date of the examination, examination centres, etc. will be given on the admit card. 

Applicants must note that the JEE Advanced exam date will be 3rd July 2022. Candidates can access the JEE Advanced response sheet till the 7th of July, 2022. Every year for reference the candidates’ provisional answer keys are released by the examination authorities. Students can access the provisional answer keys for the year 2022 on 9th July at 10 AM. Additionally, candidates can also raise an objection, if they are not satisfied with the answer in the provisional answer key. The last date to raise the objections is the 10th of July, 2022. The final answer keys will be released by the examination authorities on 18th July and the results will be declared on 18th July [10 AM]. Students should note that they can start the AAT registration from 18th to 19th July 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Appearing in JEE Advanced 

Candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria to appear in the JEE Advanced examination. They are as follows:

  • Students must have passed the 12th class or its equivalent examination. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in the same year JEE Advanced are also eligible to attempt the examination. Candidates will get admissions into one of the IITs on successful completion of the qualifying examination
  • Applicants applying for the JEE Advanced must have passed the JEE Main examination
