Hindi Grammar-
- तत्सम और तद्भव शब्द: संस्कृत भाषा के वे शब्द जो बिना किसी परिवर्तन के हिंदी भाषा में बोले जाते है तत्सम शब्द कहलाते है जैसे- सूर्य, अग्नि, मयूर आदि । संस्कृत भाषा के जो शब्द हिंदी में विकृत रूप में प्रयोग होते है उन्हें तदभव् शब्द कहते है जैसे- सूरज (सूर्य), चाँद (चंद्र) आदि ।
- पर्यायवाची शब्द: जिन शब्दों के अर्थ में समानता होती है, उन्हें पर्यायवाची शब्द कहते हैं।
- विलोम शब्द / विपरीतार्थक- विलोम शब्द वह शब्द है जिसका अर्थ दिए हुए शब्द के एकदम उल्टा होता है ।
- श्रुतिसमभिन्नार्थक शब्द: जो शब्द सुनने और उच्चारण करने में समान प्रतीत हों, किन्तु उनके अर्थ भिन्न -भिन्न हों, वे श्रुतिसमभिन्नार्थक / समोच्चरित शब्द कहलाते हैं ।
- हिंदी मुहावरे और अर्थ: कोई भी ऐसा वाक्यांश जो अपने साधारण अर्थ को छोड़कर किसी विशेष अर्थ को व्यक्त करे उसे मुहावरा कहते हैं।
- अनेक शब्दों के लिए एक शब्द: हिंदी भाषा में अनेक शब्दों के स्थान पर एक शब्द का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। भाषा में कई शब्दों के स्थान पर एक शब्द बोल कर हम भाषा को प्रभावशाली एवं आकर्षक बनाते हैं।
- अनेकार्थक शब्द: एक से अधिक अर्थ बतानेवाले शब्दों को अनेकार्थक शब्द कहते हैं।बहुत से शब्द ऐसे हैं, जिनके एक से अधिक अर्थ होते हैं। भिन्न – भिन्न वाक्यों में प्रसंग के अनुसार इनके अर्थ अलग होते हैं।
- समूहवाची शब्द: अलग – अलग समूह के लिए कुछ विशेष शब्द प्रचलित हैं। उनका प्रयोग हर किसी शब्द के साथ नहीं किया जा सकता।
