CBSE Class 4 Syllabus 2026-27 follows the current NCERT Preparatory Stage books: Maths Mela, Santoor, Veena and Our Wondrous World. The cbse 4th class syllabus is now more activity-led, with subject learning built around stories, observation, games, discussions and real-life contexts.

Maths Mela places games, puzzles, concrete materials, pictures and “Let us Solve” tasks inside the Maths chapter flow. Santoor uses “Let us read”, “Let us recite”, “Let us speak”, “Let us listen” and “Let us write” across all units.
