Unit-III: Yoga & Lifestyle Nutrition. 
Unit-IV: Concept of Disability and Disorder, Types of Disability, Its Causes and Nature. 
Unit-V: Kids & Sports • Engine production & factors affecting it • Fitness recommendations at various stages of growth & development • Weight training benefits & drawbacks • Definition & advantages of Proper Posture • Symptoms of Poor Posture • Typical Postural Deformities – Knock Knee; Flat Foot; Round Shoulders; Lordosis, Kyphosis, Bow Arms, and Scolioses • Corrective Steps.
