Preparation of Selenic Acid

According to VSEPR theory, the molecule is tetrahedral. Se-O bonds have a length of 161 pm. It forms an orthorhombic structure when it crystallises in the solid state. It has a 2D structure but the 3D conformer structure was disallowed because of the MMFF94 unsupported element.
